Steelcase Think Chair
Following the award-winning tradition of its Leap Chair, Steelcase has outdone itself with the creation of Think Chair. Using the simplest and most streamlined of Steelcase's principles in office seating, Think Chair is stylish, highly adaptable and also the recipient of numerous awards. Similar to Leap, Think has back flexors that are individually shaped to the human form to provide optimum support for each area of the back. The seat provides recline support in proportion to your own body weight, while keeping you oriented to work. The arms retract up to three inches upon contact with your work surface, allowing you to get closer to your work. It also pivots up and down to provide natural support.
The flexible seat edge relieves pressure on the back of your legs. There are four comfort settings: weight activated, weight activated with 20% boost, mid-stop recline, and upright back lock. The arms come in three options: armless, fixed or adjustable. The chair has been tested to handle up to 300 lbs and comes with Steelcase lifetime warranty.
The Think Chair is eco-friendly; composed of 37% recycled materials and is up to 98% recyclable. The chair is easily disassembled, only taking 5 minutes using common hand tools. It is the first product to receive Level 3 Certification by the New Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturer's Association E3 Sustainability Standard.
