Once this chair is fitted, no further adjustments are needed. The Freedom features a self-adjusting recline. There are no tension springs or recline locks to adjust. The chair's revolutionary armrests move in tandem to eliminate the dangers of uneven arm positioning.
Created to fit 95% of the population, the chair comes with a gel seat cushion which provides maximum pressure distribution. The chair is also height adjustable and automatically locks into place to support you at any recline angle. This is known as Humanscale's counter-balance reclining system. The user also maintains near constant eye level during recline.
